In October 2025, the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce highlighted efforts to boost economic growth through policy, partnerships, and productivity.
The Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce has set the theme for the year 2024 as "Unlocking New Frontiers for Sustainable Industrialization and Climate Smart Business Growth." This theme underscores the increasing recognition of sustainable industrialization and climate-smart business growth as essential drivers of economic prosperity while addressing global challenges such as climate change and environmental degradation. Building upon the momentum generated by the previous year's theme, "Transforming Economic Realities into Market Opportunities," the focus for 2024 aims to delve deeper into the pivotal role of sustainable practices in shaping Zimbabwe's economic landscape and its reverberations on the global stage.
The Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC) has been actively engaging with various stakeholders to enhance the business landscape in Zimbabwe. By meeting with key organizations and government bodies, ZNCC is committed to promoting economic growth, improving competitiveness, and fostering collaboration in the commercial sector.

Corruption is prevalent in both the public and private sectors of the economy. The fight against corruption requires an integrated and holistic approach to reduce its prevalence in both the public and private sectors. Operating in a somewhat difficult environment, we are all vulnerable to corruption in all its forms and for one to resist the temptation, we can start by signing the Integrity Pledge. As the private sector, we need not justify our efforts to fight corruption on an ethical basis alone, but it should be a company’s business interest to ensure that it does not engage in corrupt practices.
As we approach the close of 2024, the Chamber takes a moment to update the business community on the Chamber's work during the third quarter and our focus as we move into the fourth quarter.
