Alternative Dispute Resolution and Legal

To arouse interest in and promote the use of appropriate dispute-resolution mechanisms
To provide basic knowledge on dispute resolution mechanisms to ZNCC members through training courses and workshops
The committee will establish and maintain its own Lists of Accredited Mediators, Expert Witnesses and Adjudicators (Lists), inclusive of ZNCC members.
Review and investigate, and wherever possible, resolve inquiries and complaints of Members/Employees concerning the terms and conditions of their employment or membership;
Recommend/approve to the ZNCC the ADR/Legal Service Provider to be appointed on particular cases
Make recommendations to the ZNCC National Executive Committee regarding the carriage of grievances
