The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Enterprise Development, in collaboration with the private sector, is in the process of formulating a Local Content Policy (LCP) which will form a key part of Government’s broad industrialisation initiative. The policy is aimed at promoting local value addition through linkages and utilisation of domestic resources. Written submissions and input is still welcome so that it can be incorporated in the Policy document.
