Dr. Manzungu is a multilingual business mogul with extensive professional and entrepreneurial experience who has established various businesses in Zimbabwe. He has invested close to a decade in Real Estate, Health Insurance and Financial Services in Zimbabwe. He is a major shareholder and board chair in private limited companies which include Zimbuild and Zimbabwe General Medical Aid Health Fund. He has seats on other boards including that of the Midlands State University and Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services
Mike Kamungeremu is the Managing Director of Tendo Electronics Pvt Ltd and current Board Chairman of Ramola Security Pvt Ltd. Before becoming the ZNCC VP for Mashonaland, he was the Harare Branch Chairperson and ZNCC National Finance Committee Chairperson for 2 years. Mike is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with a track record in private sector Financial Management, Strategic Management, Corporate Governance, Taxation, Turnaround Strategies and Administration. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe, a Diploma in Financial Management (ACCA-UK), a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (UZ) and memberships of the Institute of Risk Management South Africa, and the Institute of Directors of Zimbabwe. In recognition of his achievements with Tendo Electronics, he was awarded the ZNCC Harare Businessman of the year 2014 and Megafest Top 20 Businessmen of the year 2015.
Charlton Chimbira is the General Manager for Holiday Inn Mutare. He is an experienced General Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. He is Skilled in Front office, Accounting & finance, Engineering, Owner and Stakeholder management, Catering, Budgeting, Food & Beverage, and Hotel Management. He joined the hospitality Industry in 2008 after graduating from University of Zimbabwe in 2007 with an Honors in Business Studies. He is a member of Chartered Hotel General Managers with the American Hotel and Lodging Institute. He has served as General Manager for Great Zimbabwe Hotel, Holiday Inn Beitbridge, Troutbeck Resort and currently Holiday Mutare. Chimbira has won several accolades including Young Host of the year 2015 and Megafest Most Promising Young Executive of the Year (Manicaland) 2019. He is also Manicaland Chairman for Hospitality Association of Zimbabwe (HAZ) He has served in the Mutare Branch Executive as a committee member and Chairperson prior to assuming his post as the ZNCC Manicaland Vice President 2020. He dreams of driving the national industrial reform agenda across the board.
Christopher Takunda Mugaga is an economist by training and an avid reader of business magazines. He is a speaker of note, and presents on both national and international forums with a special bias to macroeconomic issues. He is also a prolific writer who contributes in a number of publications including the Sunday Mail of Zimbabwe, the Financial Gazette and the Herald. Christopher sits on a number of boards which includes Competition and Tariff Commission in Zimbabwe, Standards Association of Zimbabwe, Chinhoyi University of Technology as well as National Code on Corporate Governance. He also won the Megafest 2017 Strategic Business Leadership Award.
Mr Macheka is the Managing Director of Kestmer Investments (Pvt) Ltd, a hospitality, Leisure and events Management Company in Zimbabwe. He is also the Zimbabwean Partner for Vistra Capital Group International (VCGI) an Investment Promotion Company. He has been in the tourism industry for more than 20 years and has been General Manager for Pandhari Lodge, Golden Peacock Villa Hotel, Mountclair Hotel, Crowne Plaza (Monomotapa), Rainbow Towers and The Victoria Falls Hotel.He has been involved with other Business Member Organisations where he has been President of the Hospitality Association of Zimbabwe (HAZ). He is the Co –Founder of Communities and Churches against Aids (CAAF TRUST) and sits on the Manicaland State University of Applied Sciences and Fellowship of Christian Union Student (F.O.C.U.S) Boards.
Mr W.T Chinembiri has served ZNCC in Manicaland as Chairperson for Gweru Branch from March 2013-2015. He has been with NSSA for 38 years in different senior managerial position and is the current NSSA Regional Manager for Matabeleland. He is in charge of three Provinces Matabeleland North, Matabeleland South and Bulawayo Metropolitan. Under his management NSSA has scooped several awards as the Beast Managed parastatal in the Region. He has received several management excellence awards from various institutions in his personal capacity. Chinembiri is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree from UNISA and an MBA from Zimbabwe Open University(ZOU) and several other qualifications.
Golden Muoni is a seasoned business leader whose drive is to make a positve and significant contribution in ensuring that the corporate world plays a pivotal role in adding value to Zimbabwe’s socio-economic development. Muoni is the founder and Managing Director of Prime Seasons (Pvt) Ltd. He sits on the board of Bulawayo City Council’s Ingwebu Breweries. He has served the ZNCC Matabeleland chapter as Vice President and chairman for a number of years, prior to his election into the chamber’s national leadership as Deputy President. Muoni has worked tirelessly in representing the interests of businesses especially to the government in addition to other important policy makers, where he has lobbied for the enactment and amendments of various policies and schemes with the sole aim of nurturing an environment wherein businesses can thrive. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Entrepreneurship and is currently in his final year studying towards a Masters Degree in Business Leadership.
Michael Phiri is the Founding Director and Executive Chairman of Mesclothing (Private) Limited. Michael has vast experience in project planning and management after working for Tel-One for over 23 years, starting off as chief technician and rising through the ranks to become the National Networks Planning Manager before retiring in 2005. He also gained a wealth of experience in finance when he doubled up as CEO of Mesfin P/L (a company he founded and groomed into a national player) for ten years. Michael is the current Vice President of the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce Midlands Province, a position he previously served in as Vice President for the Midlands/Masvingo regions (2009 to 2011) He sits on Various boards including that of the Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services. He is a holder of an MBA from the Midlands State University and BBA Degree from Oxford University. He is midway towards attaining his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with Binary University of Malaysia in conjunction with Chinhoyi University of Technology.
