The Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce held its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday the 28th of June, at the Elephant Hills in the Resort town of Victoria Falls, during its Annual Congress.
The AGM saw the ushering in of the New Presidium running for the period of June 2017 to May 2018. Elected as the new Chamber President is Mrs Divine Ndhlukula, who is the founder and Managing Director of Securico Security Services. Ndhlukula had served as the Deputy President of the Chamber for the past two years. She takes over from businessman Davison Norupiri. The elected Deputy President for ZNCC is Mr Tamuka Macheka, a businessman and a seasoned hotelier who has served at various hotels cutting across different managerial levels. Macheka is also a former President of the Hospital Association of Zimbabwe.
ZNCC Regions are headed by Vice Presidents. Mike Eric Juru, CEO of Intergrated Properties is the VP for Mashonaland and Julian Mashavakure Managing Director of JMK Trading is the Midlands VP. Matebeleland is represented by Victoria Falls businessman Mr Ozias Marange while the VP for Manicaland is Kenneth Saruchera
